2 Snatch @ 75%
When the clock hits 5:00
2 Minute AMRAP Snatch @ 75%

B. 1×20 Heavy Breathing Back Squats: 5-10# Heavier Than Last Week

Notes: 3 deep breaths between each repetition. When done correctly, you will spend between 2:30 and 3:30 under the bar. This is Week 4 of 6 for our 1×20 squat progression.

C. 6 Rounds:
80′ Partner Resisted Run + 10 Heavy Russian Swings
