This week, the CrossFit Open comes to Austin and to our house! This Thursday night CFHQ will broadcast the Open announcement – 15.2 – live from CrossFit Jääkarhu!

There is a lot of information still to come, so please keep your eyes open and head on a swivel. Just a friendly reminder that the gym will be closed starting tomorrow at Noon. We will resume classes Friday morning, and will hit 15.2 as a gym on Friday night!

Time to show up, get loud and celebrate the Open in Austin!

C. 10 Rounds, EMOM:
2 Banded Deadlifts @ 45-55%
5 Tuck Jumps D. 10 Rounds, EMOM:
Odd: 10 Unbroken Wall-Ball @ 30/20
Even: 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

E. 3 Rounds:
60-Second Elbows & Toes Plank Hold
Rest 60 Seconds
