This week, the CrossFit Open comes to Austin and to our house! This Thursday night CFHQ will broadcast the Open announcement – 15.2 – live from CrossFit Jääkarhu!
There is a lot of information still to come, so please keep your eyes open and head on a swivel. Just a friendly reminder that the gym will be closed starting tomorrow at Noon. We will resume classes Friday morning, and will hit 15.2 as a gym on Friday night!
