Well-done to our top scorers during the first week of the Open!

Ingrid and Ricky were the high scores for both 15.1 and 15.1a. Ricky earned 190 reps and hit a solid 345# clean and jerk, while Ingrid topped out at 215 reps and hit a 196# clean and jerk.

We are already in the second week of the Open, and things are starting to pick up around the gym as preparations are made to host 15.2. See y’all this Thursday.

Week 31 Training: 15.03.04

A. Snatch Balance: 3×3 @ “Heavy”

B. Push Press: 3×3 @ “Heavy”

C. 2 Rounds:
ME UnBroken Strict HSPU
Rest 2 Minutes
ME UnBroken Kipping HSPU
Rest 2 Mintues

D. Every 30 Seconds x 10 Rounds: 2 Ring Muscle Ups (20 Total)

E. 3 Rounds:
10 GHD Hip Extensions
10 Glute Bridges
