30 Seconds ME Thrusters @ 105/70
30 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds ME Bar-Facing Burpees
90 Seconds Rest

B. Every 2 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
2/2: Forward / Backward Lunges – Back Rack – Heavy
Max Effort UnBroken Strict Supinated Pull-ups
