The Open is officially over. Congrats to all our athletes for taking it on and for putting it all out there.

We will spend the next several days transitioning from the end of the Open Cycle to the beginning of the Regionals Cycle. Spend this week enjoying your training. Don’t worry about progress or PR’s… conditioning or fitness. I want you to smile while you move. Sweat and feel it. There will be no clocks nor will there be any competition. Clear your minds, recover your bodies and get ready for the next step 🙂
