Allow me to formally introduce the 2015 CrossFit Jääkarhu Team. This group of 8 athletes finished the Open 4th in the South Central Region and 70th in the World. These are some of the most dedicated and talented athletes I have ever seen, and they have all earned each and every ounce of their success up to this point. To advance to the next stage, they will need to train harder than ever, recover more and better, and show up to perform on game day.
The weekend of May 15th, 16th and 17th, they will compete against 39 other teams – the best from the South Central Region, South West Region and the Latin America Region – for 1 of 5 spots to the 2015 CrossFit Games. Join us in Dallas, TX to support them as they prove themselves to the World.

B1. 5×3 Speed Back Squat (1 Sec Pause in Bottom)
.@45,50,55,60,65 – No rest between B1 and B2.
B2. 5×5 Cycle Squat Jumps – Start a new round every two minutes.
Coach’s Notes: Superset parts B1 and B2. You should move from the Squats to the Cycle Squat Jumps with no rest in-between. Rack the bar, step to the side and hit your squat jumps.
