Not For Time:

10 Min Row @ 60% RPE
5 Min AMRAP: Cindy @ 30/20 Weight Vest

10 Min Sled Drag @ 135/95
5 Min AMRAP:
6 Dual Barbell Rotation
1/1 CLM with Plate Internal Rotation
1/1 CLM with Plate External Rotation
30’/30′ OH Walking Lunge with BB

10 Min Walk @ 30/20
5 Min AMRAP:
2 Wall Walks
10/10 Low Banded Single Arm Row
20 Hollow Rock

Coach’s Notes: Today’s training should be performed as a continuous 45 minute piece. You should push a moderate pace, but be very aware of when you start to reach points of fatigue. Only move as fast and push as hard as you can do so without having to stop or rest. If you feel yourself starting to build up lactic acid, back off a little bit, but continue to move consistently. This is also a great opportunity to dial in your movement mechanics. There is ample time and various situations to practice virtuosity in all of the above movements.
