Finish Strong Mark. Finish Strong Jeff. 

Tomorrow, both of our Master’s Athletes will finish their Regionals WODs. Friday, both set new PR’s on the their 1-RM snatch: Mark @ 177# (2# PR) and Jeff @ 201 (6# PR). This is especially awesome because Mark came down with a minor cold and did not train the entire week leading up to Friday. Both gentlemen have also laid won impressive scores on Event #1 and Event #4.

Mark and Jeff have completed 3/4 of their 2015 Regional workouts. Tomorrow they will hit Event #3. Wish them luck and let’s see what kind of damage they can do!

B. Back Squat: 3×10 – (Heavier than your 4×10 from last Friday) – E3M

C. 3 Rounds for Time – E4M
15 Toes to Bar
15 Box Jump Overs
15m HS Walk
15 Shoulder to Overhead @ 135/95

Coach’s Notes: Each round should be done all-out (as fast as possible). Start a new round every 4 minutes.
