Join us this Memorial Day as we celebrate The Fallen and honor their memory by holding our 1st annual “Murph”. The workout is welcome to any and all – friends, family, members and non-members. We would love to host you as we remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

What: “Murph” – 1-Mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, 1-Mile Run.

Where: CrossFit Jääkarhu: 113 Industrial Blvd, Unit D, Austin, TX 78745

When: Monday, May 25, 2015 @ 11:00 AM.

B. 20 Minute AMRAP:

20 Double Unders
30 KBS @ 24/16 kg
