A. Snatch: Max

B. Clean & Jerk: Max

Coach’s Notes: On the MAXes: warm up, hit 5-7 solid attempts, then shut it down. Spend no more than 15 minutes on the snatch and then the clean and jerk. 30 Minutes total on the maxes. Take your time — do NOT make this an EMOM/scramble to PR. Hit a solid max *for the day*.
