A. Power Snatch: Warm up to 80%, then 5 attempts @ 1-RM

B. 4 Rounds of the Complex:
10 Speed Back Squat – AFAP @ 40% of 1-RM BSQ
ME Hang Power Cleans @ 40% of 1-RM BSQ

Coach’s Notes: Each round is a complex. The bar will move directly from your back to the front rack position to begin your HPC.

C. 4 Rounds of the Complex:
3/3 Reverse Lunge (Back Rack) – AFAP @ 40% of 1-RM BSQ
ME Shoulder to Overhead @ 40% of 1-RM BSQ

D. Reverse Hyper: 2×30 @ Light to Moderate Weight – Rest as between sets
