A. 2 Rounds @ Low/Moderate Intensity:

5 Minute Row
2 x Dual Dumbbell Benchpress Matrix
5/5 Dual Dumbbell Bent Row + Rotation
2 x Dual Dumbbell Common Lunge Matrix
10 Minute Sled Drag

Coach’s Notes: This is the beginning of our deload week. The goal and aim is to use this week to move, recover, and come back stronger next week. Choose weights that you can use and move with perfect technique. Everything today should feel easy and should be performed at a low to moderate intensity.
