A. 3-Position Snatch: 7×1 @ 60 – Ground, Knee, Hips – EMOM

B. Each Set for Max Reps:

1 x ME SHSPU + ME KHSPU @ 2×45 – Rest as Needed before the next set
1 x ME SHSPU + ME KHSPU @ 1 x 45 – Rest as Needed before the next set
1 x ME SHSPU + ME KHSPU @ Ground

Coach’s Note: Each round you will perform 1 max-effort set of strict handstand pushups followed *immediately* by a set of kipping handstand pushups — you WILL NOT come off the wall in between your strict and kipping HSPU. 

C1. 2×20: Reverse Hypers
C2. 2×10: Alternating Box Step Ups – Front Rack Kettlebells – 20″ Box
