A. 3-Position Clean + Jerk: 7×1+1 @ 60 – E90S

B. Each Set for Max Reps:
1 x ME UB Muscle Ups – Rest As Needed before the next set,
1 x ME UB C2B Pull-ups – Rest As Needed before the next set,
1 x ME UB Pull-ups – Rest As Needed before the next set,
1 x ME UB Strict Pull-ups

Coach’s Note: Each set is a max effort set, within the following restriction: DO NOT RIP YOUR HANDS. Protect them from the beginning. If you feel your grip going, come off the bar. If your form breaks, come off the bar. The idea is to test, not to rip. Be smart.

C. 15 Minutes: Focused Soft-Tissue and Mobility Work
