CrossFit Jääkarhu. Event 1: Water Worm

What you have between your ears and in your chest matters most.

Week 0: 15.07.30

For Time (you choose the weight):

Farmer Carry 50 Yards
Run to start line and back to Dumbbells

Farmer Carry 50 Yards
Run to start line and back to Dumbbells

Farmer Carry 50 Yards
Run to start line and back to Dumbbells

Farmer Carry 50 Yards
Run to start line and back to Dumbbells

Farmer Carry 200 Yards back to the start line

Coach’s Notes: At 3,2,1 GO: the athlete will begin at a designated start line. From the start line, the athlete will pick up two dumbbells (or kettlebells) and farmer carry for 50 yards. The athlete will then run back to the start line and then back to where the dumbbells were left on the ground. The athlete will then farmer carry another 50 yards *away from the start line*. The athlete will then run back to the start line (100 yards) and then back to the dumbbells (100 yards). The athlete will continue to advance the dumbbells away from the start line until they have reached the 200-yard marker, running back to touch the start line between each advance. Once the athlete has moved the dumbbells to the 200-yard marker, run to the start line and returned to the dumbbells, they will finish the workout by carrying the dumbbells all the way back to the original start line (200 yards).
