A1. 3×10: Barbell Bent Row Pronated – Heavy
A2. 3×10: Dual Dumbbell Bench Press – Heavy
A3. 3×6: Unbroken Deadlift @ 75%

Coach’s Notes: Begin a new movement every 90 seconds.

B. 4 Rounds:
5 Back Squats @ 13×1 – GBF
50′ HIGH BAR Prowler Push AFAP @ 100/70#
50′ LOW BAR Prowler Push AFAP @ 100/70#
Rest 4 Minutes Between Sets

C1. 2 x 40: Wall-Facing Nose & Toes Shoulder Taps
C2. 2 x 1: 100′ Reverse Sled Drag with Terminal Knee Extension on Every Step
