A. 10×1: Power Clean and Push Jerk – EMOM – Build

B. 6×2: 1.25 Front Squat – E2M

C. 9 Minutes:
0:20 Row for Max Ave Watts / 0:40 Rest
0:20 MR C2B Pull-Ups / 0:40 Rest

Coach’s Notes: Your score = Total C2B + Ave Watts. Start either on the rower or on the pull-ups. This is a 9 minute test, so if you start on the rower, you will row 5x and pull-up 4x. If you start on the pull-ups, you will pull-up 5x and row 4x.

D. 3×10: Glute-Ham Raise – Add weight if you can
