A. EMOM x 5: 4 Hang Snatch @ 155/105# – Touch & Go

B. EMOM x 5: 2 Power Clean + 2 Hang Power Clean @ 185/125# – Touch & Go

C. EMOM x 5: 4 Push Jerks @ 185/125# – Touch & Go

D. Partner WOD:
3 Minutes: Row for Max Average Watts
100′ Burpee Broad Jump
30 Pull-ups
50 Barbell Thrusters @ 45/35#

Coach’s Notes: All movements must be done in sync (minus the row). There will be 2 scores for this partner piece: 1) Average Row Watts and 2) Time to Completion. If performing without a partner, you will perform as described above, but without the partner sync.
