20 Deadlift @ 225/155
400m Run
20 Deadlift @ 275/185
400m Run
20 Deadlift @ 315/205
400m Run

C. For Time: 200 Double Unders

D1. 3×10: Glute-Ham Raise – AHAP
D2. 3×10: Barbell Bent Row – AHAP
