A. Outlaw Snatch Efficiency Test

EMOM x 5: 2 Snatches @ 80%
AMRAP 2 Minutes: Snatch @ 80%

Coach’s Notes: Your goal should be to hit 10/10 in the EMOM, and to hit 10 reps in the AMRAP (for a total score of 20). 

B. EMOM x 10:
Odd: 7 Weighted C2B Pull-Ups – You Choose Weight
Even: 7 Weighted Ring Dips – You Choose Weight

C. EMOM x 12:
Minutes 1, 4, 7, 10: 0:20 ME Row for Max Average Watts / 0:40 Rest
Minutes 2, 5, 8, 11: 0:20 ME Bench Press @ Bodyweight/70% Bodyweight/ 0:40 Rest
Minutes 3, 6, 9, 12: 0:20 ME Toes To Bar / 0:40 Rest

D. 4×15: Reverse Hyper
