B. 2 x 7/13: Front/Back Squat @ ~60% of your most recent 20-RM

C. 5 Rounds:
1:00 AirDyne – Hard
0:30 Shoulder to Overhead @ 115/85#
Rest 3 Minutes

D. 3 Rounds: 10 Hip Extensions + Glute-Ham Raise

Coach’s Notes: Treat this movement as a complex: 1 rep = 1 hip extension + 1 gluts-ham raise.
