Coach’s Note: Move through this piece at ~85% pace. This is potentially the repeat WOD for the year. Maybe yes, maybe no. Either way, use it as a practice run-through. Move hard, but do not redline. If it comes up this week or next week, I want you to remember what it feels like. Get a feel for your pace, and how you should approach the WOD, should it come up this year.
