B. 7×1: Jerk (Split or Push) – Find 1-RM – From Rack/Blocks

C. Kettlebell Breathing Ladder:
15–>1 @ 108/70#

Coach’s Notes: The breathing ladder goes as follows. 15 swing, then 15 breaths while resting. 14 swings, then 14 breaths while resting, 13 swings, then 13 breaths while resting… until you finish the descending ladder (120 total reps). You are only allowed the same number of breaths as swings. While you are swinging the bell, breathe however many times you want, but always be mindful of your breathing.

D. 5×2/2: Weighted Pistol Practice – Build to Heavy

E. For Time: 50 Pistols – No Weight

I often think that one year in Austin texas. That was not easy. Every day was challenge. However I met wonderful people and saw powerful passion. Two years later, many things have changed. But still, the experience gives me a lot of inspiration.
