A2: Paralette Depth Pushup: 4×10@3030 Tempo

B1. Pause Front Squat: 4×2@80% – 36X3
B2. Dual KB Front Squat: 4×10 @3030 Tempo

C. Run:
2x800m – Rest 3 Minutes Between 800’s
2x400m – Rest 2 Minutes Between 400’s
4x200m – Rest 1 Minute Between 200’s
1x400m – Rest 2 Minutes
1x800m
