1 Minute ME Shuttle Run @ 50′
1 Minute ME Paralette Pushups
1 Minute ME Back Squat @ 135/95#
1 Minute Rest

Coach’s Notes: For the shuttle run, each 50′ segment = 1 rep. If you do not complete a 50′ segment, it is not a rep.
