A. Deadlift: 3×10 @ AHAP – Touch & Go, Must Be Unbroken – E2M

B. 3 Rounds for Max Reps:
3 Minutes Max-Effort: Wall-Balls @ 30/20# to 10′
2 Minutes Max-Effort: Toes to Bar
1 Minute Max-Effort: Double-Unders
>Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds<

Coach’s Notes: The entire piece should take you 20 minutes. Men and Women should both go to 10′ targets. If you CANNOT hit a 10′ target with 30/20#, then use 20/14# medicine balls. If you cannot hit the 10′ target using 20/14# medicine balls, use 14/10# medicine balls.
