A. 5 Rounds, For Constant Movement:

1:00 Sled Push
1:00 Burpee Broad Jump
1:00 Airdyne
1:00 Dual DB Clean Common Lunge Matrix

Coach’s Notes: On the sled and the common lunge matrix, use a weight you can use for 1:00 without stopping. Your focus for the 20 minutes should be constant movement.
