3 Kip Swings + 3 Hip to Bar
1:00 Crab (Hips as high as possible)
10 Toe Pulls

A. 3 Rounds:
0:30 Ring Support (Accumulate)
1-3 Strict Muscle-Ups
50′ “Gymnastics” Handstand Walk (Legs/Feet together; toes pointed)

B. AMRAP 15:
2 Rope Climbs
4 Kipping Muscle-Ups
8 Forward Rolls to Pistol – Alternate Legs (Scale: Candlestick to Pistol)

Accessory:
C1. 2×15: Glute-Ham Raises
C2. 2×10: Barbell Roll-Outs
