This week, we will train Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday ONLY. Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are Rest & Recovery Days. If you’ve been following along, that means that next week is TEST WEEK.

Take the time this week with the extra Recovery day and the (somewhat) decreased volume of work to rest more, recover more, eat well, up your hydration and focus on the things you can do to get your body and mind back to 100%.

B. For Time:
Run 800m
100 Air Squats
75 Pushups
50 Pull-Ups
Run 400m
75 Air Squats
50 Pushups
25 Pull-Ups
