20 Clean & Jerks @ 135/95#

B. Start at 16:00

For Time (5 Minute Cap):
30 Wall-Balls @ 30/20# to 10′
30 Burpees Over Paralette
30′ Handstand Walk

Rest 10 Minutes

C. Start at 31:00

For Time (4 Minute Cap):
10 Bar Muscle-Ups
1:00 Airdyne @ 100% RPE
10 Alternating DB Snatch @ 105/75#
