Thruster: 10 Minutes to Find a 1-RM for the Day

Coach’s Notes: Warm up to 70%, then start your 10 minute clock. You may use a rack.

50 GHD Situps
50 Wall-Balls @ 20/14 to 10′
50′ Handstand Walk
50 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
50 Steps: Overhead Walking Lunge @ 60/45# (plates)
50 Shoulder to Overhead @ 95/65#
