This week we hold Mock Open #2 out of 5.

There will be 2 weeks without a “Mock Open” before the real Open begins. This will afford us time to have a brief deload and also prepare little details as we head into the Open.

Remember to hit these Mock Open tests as hard as you can. Try to mimic your warm-up, preparation, cool down and recovery as close to what you will do in the Real Open.
