A. 3 Rounds, For Quality:
10 Headstand Straddle to Extension
10 Alternating Ring In and Outs
5 Strict Pullovers

B. AMRAP 3: KB Snatch Right Hand @ 24/16

No Rest

C. AMRAP 3: KB Snatch Left Hand @ 24/16

Coach’s Notes: Do not put the KB down during the 3 minute AMRAPs. Rest: Overhead, Rack, Hang.

Rest 10 Minutes

D. For Time: 30 Bar Muscle-Ups

Rest 10 Minutes

E. For Time: 90 Open Standard Handstand Push-Ups
