A. 10×1: Hang Clean & Jerk – E75S – Build to Heavy Single – *No more than 2 misses*

B. For Max Reps:

Ladder: Lateral Burpee Over Bar + Back Squat @ 185/125#
Rest 3 Minutes
Ladder: Lateral Burpee Over Bar + Strict Press @ 115/65#
Rest 3 Minutes
Ladder: Lateral Burpee Over Bar + Deadlift @ 245/175#

Coach’s Notes: For the ladder pattern, perform 1 rep of each exercise the first minute, 2 reps of each the second minute, 3 reps of each the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
