Week 29: 17.02.13

A. 4 Rounds (start a new round every 5 minutes):

7 Front Squat / 13 Back Squats – GBF
Max-Effort Strict Handstand Pushups
Max-Effort Kipping Handstand Pushups

Coach’s Notes: Use the same weight for the Front/Back Squats. Move from the squats directly into the HSPU. Perform a set of MEUB Strict, and when you fail, immediately transition into MEUB Kipping HSPU.

B. For Time (30-minute cap):

Run 400m
30 Snatches @ 75/55#

Rest 2 Minutes

Run 400m
30 Snatches @ 135/95#

Rest 2 Minutes

Run 400m
30 Cleans @ 185/125#

Rest 2 Minutes

Run 400m
30 Cleans @ 225/155#
