10 Hollow to V-Up Roll to Arch
5 Bar Skin the Cats or Pass Throughs
10 Standing Straddle Press to Handstand

B. For Max Reps:

AMRAP 3: Max-Effort Ketllebell Snatch Left
-Directly Into-
AMRAP 3: Max-Effort Kettlebell Snatch Right

C. EMOM x 10:
2 Strict Muscle-Ups + 2 Muscle-Ups

D. EMOM x 10:
3 Strict Handstand Pushups + 3 Kipping HSPU

Second Session: 60 Minute Weight Vest Walk @ 30/20#

Coach’s Notes: “Second Session” is a Recovery Session to be completed 3 hours before or 3 hours after the “Main Session”.
