A. 5 Rounds – E90S:
30 UNBROKEN Double Unders
30′ Handstand Walk

Coach’s Note: Begin a new round every 90 seconds. 

B. 5 Rounds – 20/20 Clock:
Deadlifts @ 225/155#
Wall-Balls @ 30/20# to 10/9′
Row Calories
HSPU to Open Standard

Coach’s Notes: Set a clock to 20 seconds work / 20 seconds rest. 

C. 3 x MAX EFFORT Strict + Kipping Ring Dips
Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets

Coach’s Notes: Perform max-effort strict until you cannot perform strict. Without coming off of the rings, begin your max-effort kipping ring dips.

This is what it’s like to train with us. As I was filming some of the max lifts, I decided to just shut up and record what was going on around the space. As candid as it gets.

Action. Commentary. Makes. Misses. Sometimes things get emotional. This is how we train. Hard and fun. Serious and silly. Friends and family. I LOVE IT ALL.

As a coach, I am incredibly blessed to have the athletes I do under my care. As a gym owner, I am equally as blessed to have the community of Bears at CrossFit Jääkarhu.
