A. Front Squat: 5×2@70 – E90S
REST 1 MINUTE
B. Power Clean: 10×1@80 – E30S
REST 1 MINUTE
C. Push Jerk: 5×7 – E60S

Coach’s Notes: Perform Parts A, B and C as on continuous piece. In other words, warm up for all 3, and set a running clock. The only transition time between the parts should be the 1 minute rest to change weights.

D. 3 Rounds:
Run 400m
40 Burpee Over Paralatte
40 RussianSwings @ 32/24
