B. Each Round For Time:
1 x 1600m Run – Rest 4 Minutes
2 x 800m Run – Rest 3 Minutes
3 x 400m Run – Rest 2 Minute
4 x 200m Run – Rest 1 Minute

C1. 3 x MAX EFFORT Toes to Bar
Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets
C2. 3 x 10/10 Rear-Elevated Split Squat
