+ Kipping Handstand Pushups @ 6″/4″ Deficit
*Every 3 Minutes

C. 3 Rounds for Time:
4 Shoulder to Overhead @ 225/155#
24 GHD Situps
24 Wall-Balls @ 30/20# to 10′
44′ Unbroken Handstand Walk
