8 Freestanding HSPU
1 L-Sit Rope Climb @ 15′

*You should approach this WOD with two thoughts in mind: 1) Where you are currently in your training, and 2) What are your goals with your training.

You can choose to approach the WOD “RX”, or you can easily scale this workout to fit where you are at this point in time and with what your goals are. An easy scale (to make it more appropriate to an athlete) might be: AMRAP 25: 8 strict HSPU + 1 legless rope climb. OR: AMRAP 25: 8 Kipping HSPU + 1 Rope Climb.
