I started this blog 4 years ago this month! In that time we’ve had many followers of the program, both near and far, and have had a lot of success with both our individuals and teams here at CrossFit Jääkarhu in Austin, TX and also remotely.
While my athletes here in the Cave already know this, for those of you remote athletes, I will be discontinuing the use of this blog for posting the Karhu Method Programming. All programming and posting will be done on Beyond the Whiteboard moving forward!
If you still wish to follow the program from outside of CrossFit Jääkarhu or outside of Austin, TX, please contact me and I will let you know how to follow and continue your training on your journey to becoming a better CrossFit Athlete and human being 🙂
